Cookies may be persistent, remaining on your device after you go offline, or session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when one is sent, though some parts of the Service may not work if you do.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

How we use your information

We may use personal data to provide and maintain the Service and monitor its use; to contact you by email or other electronic means about matters related to the Service; to send you news and general information about our services and events, unless you have opted out; to manage your requests to us; to evaluate or conduct a business transfer; and for data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service.

When we share it

  • With your consent, for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, and to the extent needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve the Service, or where we are legally obliged to keep it longer.

Where it goes

Your information is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. It may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

Disclosure

Business transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will give notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may be required to disclose your personal data if compelled to do so by law or in response to a valid request by a public authority. We may also disclose it in the good faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
