We leverage personal experience and research-driven tools to educate, coach, and connect these dynamic change-makers. Our goal is to enable Catalysts to achieve their aspirations more quickly and effectively while minimizing burnout. We know that when Catalysts are supported and connected, they can amplify their impact and create powerful, lasting change. And we build the communities that enable them to do that.

For Organizations

We partner with companies to help them accelerate change, build resiliency and retain high-potential talent. We work with them to identify and nurture Catalyst employees, the (often hidden) innovative problem solvers who are essential for effective change and transformation. We provide tools, training and coaching for these individuals, and the wider leadership team, to ensure that together they’re ready to tackle their most critical challenges.

Tracey Lovejoy

Tracey Lovejoy is a visionary leader dedicated to empowering Catalysts and driving transformatlve change. After leaving her role in research, leadership and in-house coaching at Microsoft, Tracey embarked on a journey to become a leadership consultant.

Through her own experience and the guidance of her coach, she discovered a unique group of individuals who shared significant traits - audacious goal-setters passionate about making positive change. This realization led her to identify and support these individuals, whom she aptly named Catalysts.

Tracey's passion for understanding and nurturing Catalysts led her to conduct in-depth research, uncovering the unique skills, challenges, and patterns that define them. By 2017, she had built a robust research base and formed a business partnership with Shannon Lucas, creating Catalyst Constellations. Today, Tracey uses her extensive knowledge and experience to support Catalysts in unlocking their full potential, fostering a community where they can thrive. Her dedication to this mission is evident in her daily work, as she continues to inspire and empower the most effective changemakers to tackle the world's biggest challenges.

Shannon Lucas

Shannon Lucas, former Executive Vice President, Head of Emerging Business at Ericsson, is a global thought leader on intrapreneurship and corporate innovation frameworks. For over twenty years she's driven innovation into Fortune 500 businesses and cutting-edge startups, launched her own companies, and served on the board of several non-profits.

In her time at Vodafone, she created the groundbreaking innovation Champion program. Starting with a small group of passionate individuals, Shannon expanded the initiative into a global, CEO-sponsored movement. Despite her successes, she struggled with burnout and longed for a community that understood her challenges. This led to the creation of the Global Intrapreneur Salon, a space for intrapreneurs to share thought leadership and support each other. Meeting Tracey Lovejoy and being introduced to the concept of Catalysts was a turning point for Shannon. Understanding her unique qualities and finding tools to thrive reignited her passion for inspiring and supporting change agents (making her the perfect Catalyst Constellations co-founderl).
