3. Develop Catalyst Skillsets

Our 6-week Catalyzing Organizational Change course will unlock the full potential of your innate change-makers. Designed to transform disruptive tendencies into deliberate, impactful actions, this course allows Catalysts to learn and practice the skills needed to lead successful transformations. At the same time, we will also work with the management team, equipping them for the unique challenges of change leadership.

4. Activate for Impact

Catalysts will be assigned to a team focused on the opportunity areas identified by the executives in phase one. They’ll focus all their new Catalyst skills on moving these key strategic initiatives forward, delivering measurable results in just 16 weeks and culminating in powerful executive capstone presentations.
