We use personal experience and research-driven tools to educate, coach, and connect Catalysts. Our work enables Catalysts to move more quickly and satisfyingly towards the impact they aspire to create (and with less burnout!)
For Organizations
We work with companies and corporations to connect executives with their wicked problem solvers. We help organizations identify Catalyst employees, nurture their exceptional skill set, and advise on internal change and transformation projects that accelerate change, increase success and retain high-potential employees.

We recognize that the first step is self-identification as a Catalyst quickly followed by having a like-minded, on-going community who understands and empathizes with the catalytic journey. From there we commit to creating safe-spaces (both virtual and physical) and tools that allow Catalysts to be vulnerable, learn, grow, succeed, and articulate their value to the world.
Making Big Bold Impact in Catalysts’ Lives.
Just like the Catalysts we support, we commit to making big bold impact on your life. So when we build new things we hope they are deeply meaningful to you. And we want you to call us out if we’re not essential to your life.
Being Fun & Fully Living Life.
We thrive on joy and play. The change Catalysts are trying to create can be massive and daunting. We believe that by having fun while on the journey, Catalysts will be more successful.
Walking the Catalytic Talk.
We have a lifetime experience of walking through the world as Catalysts. We have broken shit we didn’t mean to break. We have (and still do) burnt out. So we are committed to taking our own advice by growing our presence, mindfulness, self-awareness and compassion; by being in community to keep us grounded; by holding ourselves accountable to paying attention to our energy tanks and filling up when needed, even if inconvenient. We are walking with you!
