Catalyst Practitioner – Shannon Lucas

 In LISTEN

In this episode Shannon describes what a sense of a relief it was to have the context and framing about what it means to be a Catalyst

Join us for an interview with Catalyst practitioner and former corporate executive, Shannon Lucas, co-founder of Catalyst Constellations and co-author of Move Fast. Break Shit. Burn Out. Shannon has over twenty years’ experience working with startups, launching her own ventures, and driving innovation into the world’s largest companies, most recently as Executive Vice President of Emerging Business at Ericsson.

In this episode Shannon describes what a sense of a relief it was to have the context and framing about what it means to be a Catalyst. She shares how this motivated her to write the book she wished she could have had when she started her career. A book to tell the global community of Catalysts: “You’re not crazy. You’re not alone. There’s a tribe.”
