Join us for an interview with Catalyst researcher Tracey Lovejoy, co-CEO of Catalyst Constellations and co-author of Move Fast. Break Shit. Burn Out. Tracey is an anthropologist and the research engine behind the Catalyst movement. She spent twelve years at Microsoft leading teams of changemakers and supporting product innovation with customer insights.

In this episode Tracey shares her belief that this book wanted itself to be written. She also talks about the two things she hopes Catalysts will take away from this book, as well as some of her childhood memories of being a Catalyst.
